About the property
Villa Blue & Green situated 20 meters from a GREEN pine wood and about 70 meters from BLUE sea. The house is located in a part of Jelsa with summer houses only, with very little traffic, mainly cyclists & pedestrians.There is 70 m long downward path to a stone beach and You can enjoy in crystal clear sea. Villa has a large shimmering pool (42m2) with four massage jets ( with possibility of heating ).
The house was built in 1972 and refurbished in the summer 2019. It is located on a 550 – square-meter plot. The interrior has over 110m2 and covers the area without the summer kitchen and terraces.
You can choose between : enjoy in relexing atmosphere with Your Family or friends in Villa Blue & Green or enjoy in fun life ( Hvar about 25 min., center of Jelsa 5 min.,Vrboska 5 min,...drive). If You are up for more adventures type of holiday, this is a great place for hiking,biking, boat trips,snorcling, diving,....
The house has 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. One of them has separate entrance and situated next to the pool. Each bedroom has been decorated in elegant fashion way with quality hand made furniture and quality mattrasses. It has nice living room and working place. Inside kitchen is a fully equipped.
However the best part of this acomomodation is outside : 3 terraces, summer kitchen and wonderful pool will allow You nice peaceful holiday with Your Family or friends.

There is 70 m long downward path to a stone beach and You can enjoy in crystal clear sea. A peablee beache is about 300 m far.
From the house to the center of Jelsa or Vrboska You can take a pleasant walk or 3-5 minutes bike ride along the sea and pine forest.
The house is restored in July 2019.

Villa Blue and Green
Simply the best place to spend vacation on a beautiful green island Hvar surrounded with crystal clean Adriatic sea and small sand or rocky bays where you can perfectly enjoy your holidays. We spent many happy hours relaxing by the swimming pool or in the shadow of an amazing open air kitchen and dinning room. The house offers outstanding accommodation with a quiet air conditioning, TV and bathroom in every room. Very clean place and fantastic location between Jelsa and Vrboska. Nice promenade along the coast offers exellent possibility for walking, jogging or cycling. Great hospitality and very welcoming owners made us feel like being at home.
